BOSU ball

What did you think I meant??

Made of elastic soft PVC, exercise balls are 35-85 centimeters in diameter and function very well as core torture stabilization devices – that’s what the internet says. I think of them in a slightly different manner because my trainer likes to throw them at me while I attempt to perform modified sprawls (I don’t do them the same as the guy in the video).

Medicine balls are solid, heavy balls thrown and dropped caught for exercise, and make great anti-theft devices. As Tony demonstrates in this video, medicine balls can make one glisten and add speed to the mouth.

Bosu balls are exercise balls lopped in half with a piece of plastic glued on top. If you want to make absolutely certain you have no balance and no coordination – buy a Bosu ball! Oh yes – all your junk will more than wiggle it for a little bit.

kettlebellKettlebells are little cast-iron weights with handles. You could get a total body workout with kettlebells, chase off a stalker, and go vertigo vertical in a smokin’ hot pair of leg warmers.

The sky’s (floor??) the limit, world is an oyster (wall??)…

…I think there’s Velcro involved….just sayin’.

Large or small, pink or blue, your gym has exercise balls for you!
