How to Shred Your Arms in 60 Minutes or Less

tiredsneaksI bought these sneakers several months ago and for the life of me cannot remember where I got them. They’re my workout shoes. I only wear them at the gym and at my sessions with Mark. They’ve felt a little “off” lately, which is probably a sign I need to find another pair. For tonight they’re on the bathroom floor – that’s where I left them. They’re just  as tired as I am.

Monday Workout: Anytime Fitness
Elliptical: 3.0 miles in 30 minutes. Not sure of the level, I did the fat burn program which kept my heart rate around 150 and speed between 6.5-7.0 mph.

Row machine: 6,175 meters in 30 minutes. I was super excited over this number (I have the callouses to prove it). It’s not that far with distance, but there are a couple of guys from church I know who row and I admit: I wanted to show off a little bit: Hey…I rowed and didn’t let the handle fly out of my hands! Then some thin, fit, blonde chick got on the row machine next to me and she snatched my joy right out of my hands with some random 60 second sprint. I cannot put into words how deep the urge was to swiftly shove her off the seat. But, alas, my feet were strapped down.

Monday Workout: Fit Pit w/Mark
Boxing: 3 four minute rounds. Breaks in between rounds have gotten smaller, so I think my endurance is building up. Also, it’s a HUGE stress reliever for me.

Dumb Bell Curls (1 db in each hand):
25lbs – 4 reps + 1 push-up
20lbs – 6 reps + 2 push-ups
15lbs – 10 reps + 3 push-ups
12lbs – 12 reps + 4 push-ups
10lbs – 20 reps + 5 push-ups
8lbs – 25 reps + 6 push -ups

Dumb Bell Tricep Press (1 db behind the head):
25lbs – 8 reps + 12 push-ups
20lbs – 10 reps + 11 push-ups
15lbs – 12 reps + 10 push-ups
12lbs – 15 reps + 9 push-ups
10lbs – 20 reps + 8 push-ups
8lbs – 25 reps + 7 push-ups

Planks: 45 & 60 seconds
Ball Pass: 45 & 60 seconds

I predict I will not be able to wash my hair in the morning as my arms won’t go higher than my tummy.
